About Meridian Valley Lab

Meridian Valley Lab has been a pioneer in functional and integrative medicine since 1976. We were the first lab in the U.S. to offer urine hormone testing, revolutionizing the way providers approach Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). This breakthrough came from the vision of Dr. Jonathan Wright, our Medical Director, whose work continues to inspire innovation and clinical excellence.

Nationwide Clinical Trust

Trusted Nationwide for Hormone & Allergy Testing

Every day, providers across the country rely on our testing panels—ranging from hormone and thyroid profiles to food sensitivities and cardiovascular risk markers. We support healthcare providers, naturopathic doctors, and patients with testing solutions rooted in science, accuracy, and compassion.

By combining gold-standard 24-hour urine steroid profiling with quantitative IgG4 food sensitivity assessment and direct whole blood viscometry, Meridian Valley Lab empowers clinicians to uncover the biochemical root causes of complex chronic illness.
