2. Collect at Home
Follow the simple finger-prick blood spot collection instructions—it takes about 5 minutes at home. Let the spot dry completely and mail it back in the prepaid return envelope.
3. Get Your Results
Receive your clear, color-coded laboratory report for up to 190 foods in 7–10 business days, complete with a personalized 4-day rotation diet plan.

What to Expect When Ordering
Physician-Ordered Panels: 24-Hour Urine Hormone Profiles (PRISM24™ & PACE24™), Complete Blood Viscosity, and Kraft Prediabetes Profiles require an order from your licensed healthcare provider (unless qualifying as an eligible patient reorder).
Payment Policy: Meridian Valley Lab does not accept private insurance or Medicare. Payment is required at the time the sample is received—by Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or FSA/HSA card.
Turnaround Time: Most laboratory reports are completed within 7–10 business days (up to two weeks) after your specimen arrives at our Tukwila facility.
